Is Anybody There?

It's okay if not. It doesn't seem like anybody has read Ch. 2 yet, let alone 3. The book is done, there's 8.5 or so chapters left, edited, and ready to upload if you want to read them. As soon as I see a few downloads for Ch. 3, I'll put Ch. 4 up. Anyone whose downloaded Chs 1, 2, or 3 get to download all of the remaining chapters for free, so... you should get on that!
